This dress comes in a full range of sizes, and is a charming design. Frankly, I am always happy to see sleeves on a dress.. too many manufacturers are making sleeveless dresses because it is simpler. Most of us do not have perfectly trim upper arms and really do not care much for having our armpits out there either. It is great to see dressy dresses with sleeves, even if it is a cap sleeve. This
