shutter pleat gown, and has a beaded high waist feature. I was amazed at the price for it.. a very reasonable $148. Snatch it up now so you will stop the action at the next after hours party or fomal occasion. Hmmm.. I think I will buy it also. The color is scrumptiously rich.
